 Girls:

  • a regulation size girls stick
  • goggles (regulation lax)
  • a mouth guard (good idea to keep an extra in your bag)
  • cleats

Boys:

  • regulation boys stick
  • helmet

  • arm pads
  • shoulder pads
  • mouth guard with the strap (good idea to keep an extra in your bag)
  • cleats
  • hard athletic supporter (cup)
