Please scroll down to the appropriate team below and select "register" to start the registration process. You can check out using our secure billing system through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. Please note, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.
During the registration process you will be prompted to register with US Lacrosse (or renew if your current registration expires before July 31 of next year). The US Lacrosse fee is $30 and is non-refundable.
A few additional items worth noting:
- Only students in the Middleton/Cross Plains school district attendance area are eligible to play for our club. If you live outside the Middleton/Cross Plains school district, please refer to your local Lacrosse club.
- There is a $25 multiple player discount for families that have more than one child registered.
- Any registrations over the team limit will be waitlisted.
- If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, refunds before the first game are 80% of the registration fee. There will be no refunds issued after the first game.
Our program is only successful with the help of volunteers. Please consider volunteering as a coach or team manager. No experience necessary!
