Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys 8U Lacrosse

Middleton Youth Lacrosse Club (MYLC) operates as a nonprofit organization with limited resources, and registration fees are essential for covering program costs such as equipment, facilities, coaching, and insurance. As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for registration fees once paid, as commitments are made based on enrollment numbers to ensure balanced teams and program viability. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as documented medical issues preventing participation, family relocation out of the district (with documentation), or program cancellation by MYLC (in which case, prorated refunds may be issued). All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the MYLC Board at president@middletonlacrosse.com the earlier of within 21 days of player registration or by March 1, and will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to a processing fee.
