Getting Started with the Crossbar Mobile App
All registered Middleton Youth Lacrosse Club (MYLC) families have access to the Crossbar mobile app on iOS and Android—perfect for staying connected on the go! The app lets you view team schedules, rosters, chat with your team, and get real-time updates.
Download and Log In
- Download the Crossbar app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and log in using the same email and password from your MYLC website account.
- Once logged in, you'll see your player's teams and schedules (once assigned).
View Your Teams
- Tap the menu button (usually three lines in the top corner).
- Select Teams to see a list of active teams linked to your account.
- Tap a team for details like schedule, roster, and chat.
Team Chat
The app features built-in team chat for quick communication (separate from email notifications). Only users with the app installed receive chat alerts—great for last-minute updates!
Troubleshooting
- Teams not showing? The primary registrant (who signed up the player) needs to add you to the player's profile. See the full website guide at middletonlacrosse.com/crossbar-guide for steps to grant access.
- Non-parent team staff (e.g., coaches)? If your team isn't listed, your login email may not be added as staff. Contact your team manager or info@middletonlacrosse.org to get added.
